You put up with the grind of work or school as long as you can or is required. But then, one day, the phone rings one too many times, or the line at the gas pumps seems unending. The air smells bad. The food foul. 'Enough of this' you cry. You grab your ice tools and are gone. - Duane Raleigh

Building the site didn't take very long at all. Once I'd decided upon a template and design the customisation was very quick. The fiddling around viewing existing template libraries and thinking how I'd lilke my site to look was possibly the most lengthy individual task. The mucking around must have taken nearly a week - once I'd finalised the design and edited my pictures etc the basic templates only took a couple of days.

The customisation for the Gallery took a good chunk of time as my HTML and CSS isn't quite as good as I remember - there are still a few things that I should really do (de-duplicate CSS entries for example). Maybe a couple of days - and debugging it in different browser types took half a day or so (though this was spread out over the course of a week).

The content entry takes time - for existing content its reasonably quick but for new articles or entries it is time consuming as I have to write them too. Excluding the creation element I suppose it is probably about 40 mins fiddling around to get the articles looking good - this excludes any image manipulation.
