Week 2 - day 1.

After a slightly slow week one (sum total exercise 1 ride, 1 day at stanage, 1 wall session) I'm looking to step it up a little. This will require a drastic change of approach.

After a slightly slow week one (sum total exercise 1 ride, 1 day at stanage, 1 wall session) I'm looking to step it up a little. This will require a drastic change of approach. To this end we have booked tickets to the Barbican for this evening and next Thursday. Additionally we have a dinner with friends planned for Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The training week starts on Thursdays (today) so I estimate that I can go to the wall tomorrow and Monday which makes the weekend lots of aerobic bike stuff..
Didn't ride this morning. Weak.
